Abstract: Pregnancy and motherhood can cause distress around food and body image. In this webinar, participants will learn how to effectively treat eating disorders in pregnancy and postpartum. Our unique professional view of this topic, coupled with our personal understanding, has helped us have empathy for these clients and seek treatment approaches that hold space for eating disorder recovery and the motherhood experience. We are excited to offer resources to other clinicians to help bring awareness to disordered eating in pregnancy and postpartum and give practical tools for addressing treatment during this unique phase in life.
